Most restrooms have been recently remodeled to make accessible to wheelchairs, etc. That resulted in loss of some touilets. In most cases new urinals have been installed. These were blowout I older center main part of building. Newer wings had low pressure washout urinals. Most older fixtures were Crane but some have been replaced No odor cakes are in use but resttrooms generally are clean. Janitor's sinks are a source of odor when present. Many ollder restrooms have a janitor sink inside and dirty mopes cause odors.
